Job Summary:

The HR Assistant is responsible for managing employee lifecycle administration across GCC countries, with a strong focus on visa processing, immigration compliance, Occupational Health Card (OHC) management, Permanent Access Card (PAC), medical insurance administration, and employee records maintenance. The role ensures compliance with GCC labor and immigration regulations while delivering efficient HR services and supporting employee experience. Work Location : Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end -to -end visa processing including new visas, renewals, amendments, transfers, and cancellations across GCC countries. 
    • Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, and external agencies to ensure immigration compliance.
    • Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate visa status records. 
    •  Process and manage Occupational Health Card (OHC) applications. 
    •  Handle PAC /PIC applications, renewals, approvals, and other government compliance requirements. 
    •  Administer employee medical insurance including enrollment, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims support. 
    •  Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in both physical and electronic formats. 
    •  Update and maintain employee information within HRIS and HR databases. 
    •  Conduct regular audits of employee records to ensure compliance and data accuracy. 
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and compliance requirements. 
    •  Prepare HR -related letters and documents such as employment certificates, salary certificates, NOCs, and visa -related correspondence. 
    •  Assist employees with queries related to visas, medical insurance, government documentation, and HR policies. 
    • Monitor document expiry dates including visas, passports, Labor Card, Emirates IDs, OHCs, and insurance cards. 
    •  Generate HR reports and maintain trackers for visas, insurance, employee records, and compliance requirements. 
    •  Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of GCC employment visa and immigration processes. 
    •  Excellent organizational and document management skills. 
    •  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. 
    •  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. 
    •  Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. 
    • Problem -solving and customer -service orientation.
