Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in the catering business to manage recruitment and mobilization activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting overseas blue-collar manpower as well as in-country white-collar employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas blue-collar employees.
- Recruit in-country white-collar employees based on business requirements.
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate selection.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Manage candidate documentation and recruitment follow-ups.
- Coordinate the complete mobilization process for selected candidates.
- Ensure candidates are mobilized and deployed within the required timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding manpower requirements and joining dates.
- Support high-volume recruitment requirements for catering operations.
- Ensure smooth and timely recruitment and mobilization of manpower.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Must have experience recruiting overseas blue-collar manpower.
- Must have experience recruiting in-country white-collar employees.
- Catering industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment and mobilization is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and meet joining deadlines.
