Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Staff / Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager in managing existing business and developing new opportunities across the UAE and other GCC markets The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, take ownership of smaller markets over time, and grow into a broader sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities and customer support.
- Manage and develop assigned markets within the UAE and GCC region
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support supply chain management (SCM) and production planning activities.
- Monitor and manage PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) planning.
- Handle supplier management and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
- Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales, sales coordination, or sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a sales management role.
