Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and support core HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Coordinate interviews, offer management, and candidate communication
- Oversee onboarding and ensure completion of documentation and induction
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Manage confirmations, transfers, and separation processes
- Support exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws (GCC preferred)
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reporting
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Assist in grievance handling in a fair and confidential manner
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Support performance management cycles and appraisal processes
- Assist in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance (GCC experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
