Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dammam is looking for Engineering & Operations Manager.
The role will report to the General Manager and will lead engineering, project execution, and operational delivery across industrial services projects. The candidate should have strong experience in maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, EPC or service contracts, resource optimization, cost control, client coordination, HSE, quality, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
Leading site operations, maintenance activities, and shutdown execution across multiple projects
Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
Monitoring productivity, manpower efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource allocation
Coordinating with planning, cost control, finance, clients, consultants, and vendors
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, ISO systems, quality objectives, and inspection requirements
Acting as a primary operational interface with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
- 15 years of engineering and operations experience
- Minimum 7-10 years in a senior operations or engineering management role
- Strong background in industrial services, oil & gas, maintenance, shutdowns, or EPC projects
