Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Class 2 residential developments from pre-construction through to completion and handover. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a proven track record of managing apartment or multi-residential projects and taking full ownership of project outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, procurement, budgeting, stakeholder management, construction execution, quality assurance, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of residential construction projects.
    • Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, procurement plans, and resource schedules.
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and opportunities.
    • Oversee contract administration, variations, cost control, and forecasting.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
    • Manage practical completion, commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover.
Requirements:
    • 8–15 years of construction industry experience.
    • Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment or multi-unit residential projects.
    • Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership from planning and construction through to completion and handover.
    • Strong commercial, contractual, and project management capabilities.
    • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing subcontractors.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
