Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting operations. The role supports month-end closing, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (varies by role level)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
