Job Summary:

One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for Business Development Manager - Remote (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and government stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
    • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close business deals.
    • Coordinate with regional and international teams to support project execution.
    • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
    • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or international trading.
    • Previous experience in KSA market is mandatory.
    • Strong network within industrial, construction, energy, infrastructure, or trading sectors preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Fluency in English & Arabic required.
