Job Summary:
A global provider of financial solutions for the commercial vehicle industry, offering tailored financing, leasing, rental, and insurance solutions designed to simplify customers’ operations and support sustainable transport. They are embarking on an exciting expansion across the MEA & CIS regions. They are seeking a driven and dynamic Brand Director to lead their financial services operations, report to the Regional Director – Head of Area International, and steer the business toward achieving its strategic goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the organization, drive business expansion, and ensure operational excellence across all facets of the business. As Brand Director, you will be fully accountable for the financial services business across MEA & CIS, driving profitable growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a strategic partner to the regional organization and distributors, aligning financial services with vehicle sales to maximize customer value and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Business Development
- Define and execute the regional financial services strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Develop product portfolio strategy (financing, leasing, insurance), go-to-market plans, volume targets, profitability, and risk appetite.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion across existing and new markets.

- Sales & Marketing
- Partner with distributors to develop strong financial services penetration strategies.
- Lead brand positioning and marketing initiatives across the region.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, contract management frameworks, and performance tracking.

- Financial Performance & P&L Ownership
- Full P&L responsibility for the region.
- Deliver profitable portfolio growth in line with strategic targets.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.

- Credit, Risk & Compliance
- Oversee credit underwriting and collections within defined mandates.
- Ensure balanced risk management aligned with business growth ambitions.
- Guarantee full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory frameworks.

- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with regional leadership and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with international financial services and finance teams.
- Act as the key regional ambassador for the financial services business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience in financial services, ideally within commercial vehicles and asset-based financing.
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility and scaling operations.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with sound risk awareness.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in multicultural environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
