Job Summary:
Our client, an international planning, engineering and architectural firm is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capable of independently handling both CAD/BIM tasks and design planning, from concept through detailed design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to prepare comprehensive DD (Design Development) drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
- Strong skills in concept development, technical detailing, and material selection, with the ability to provide integrated design proposals that combine interior, art, and FF&E.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with
clients, contractors, and internal teams. - Knowledgeable in FF&E procurement, finishing materials, and experienced in value engineering processes.
- Skilled in creating high-quality presentation materials and review documentation, ensuring visual and strategic clarity.
- Awareness of global design trends and local building regulations.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices, including LEED or equivalent environmental certification systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent); higher degrees are an advantage.
Job Experience:- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including International corporate work experience for 5 years.
