As a part of strategic expansion plan, our client seeks determined, professional, and ambitious sales employee to develop their position further in the Saudi Arabian market. He/she will be a part of an experienced and dedicated sales team with full support from our regional head office in Dubai. With the local presence in Riyadh, he/she shall spearhead the sales activities targeting infrastructure projects in the region.
As the regional sales manager, it shall be the incumbent responsibility to achieve profitable growth and hitting sales targets by successfully building up a project pipeline and follow the projects closely from the specification stage to final order and execution.
The regional sales manager will be responsible for promoting the complete entity’s product range with authorities, developers, architects and consulting engineers within the infrastructure segment. This includes the following main tasks:
Continuous follow up on the projects in the pipeline and secure that the right entity’s solutions are specified.
Secure that relevant entity’s products are approved with relevant authorities
Visit authorities and consulting engineers on a continuous basis to obtain project knowledge and expand the project pipeline.
Develop close relations to the important contractors in the market.
Be the main contact person to the local entity’s distributors in the market and make sure that the cooperation between entity’s and the distributors works efficiently.
Take active part in the preparation of quotations in close cooperation with the sales management and technical sales support.
Negotiate and finalize orders
Support the entity’s customers in the execution phase by supervising and training on the building sites
Monitor competitor activity and provide the management with all relevant market information.
Main Customer Segments/Target Groups:
Infrastructure projects including roads and bridges, ports and terminals, airports and public transportation.
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience: Minimum four years of B-to-B sales experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian infrastructure market.
