CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (SANITARYWARE/PLUMBING/BUILDING MATERIALS)   (31390)

 

Our client is an MNC company with a headcount of 2500+ in sanitaryware, and is looking forward to hiring 2 Customer Care Executives in United Kingdom to be based in Fulham and Leeds. 

 

Position Purpose

•         Attend customer leading to satisfaction for reactive / proactive Customer Care assistance for retail and project customers/

•         Attend for Customer Care assistance of trade partners (Market). 

•         Maintain right spare parts stock and with clear trace and track of its usage. 

•         Plan, appoint, manage and monitor outsources service network for its proper working. 

  •      Perform knowledge enhancement activities for plumber / technician / maintenance staff.    

 

Specific Deliverables

•         Less open service call count: less than 2 days, average service call flow. 

•         Accomplish successfully knowledge enhancement targets. 

•         Spares MSL maintenance with total track of spare part transaction.  

•         Nil escalation from trade partners. 

•         Customer satisfaction. 

        

Functional Requirements

•         Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). 

•          Relevant Technical or plumbing course.  

•          Licence to work in plumbing field if requirement by law of land 

•         Ability to plan, organize and execute. 

•         Information management. 

•         Team-leadership. 

•         Formal presentation skills.
