NADIA’s client, an international manpower company is looking for a Recruitment consultant who will be remotely working in India and support their global operations.


  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each client’s recruitment requirements.
  • Provide suitable candidate resume(s) to the client within the agreed time limit.
  • Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing ads in a wide range of media (e.g. company website, online job boards, industry websites and social network media), and campaign management.
  • Headhunt quality candidates, specifically identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
  • Receive and review applications, manage internal and client interviews and short-list candidates.
  • Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the position applied for.
  • Negotiate salary and obtaining client and commercial approvals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, through communication, regular check-ins and updates, and positive joining formalities.
  • Request references and check the suitability of applicants as directed by the client.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the recruitment related Business Execution Principles and procedures.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant supporting clients based in GCC.
  • Goal driven.
  • Proven ability to develop strong client/candidate relationships.
  • Use/Knowledge of Recruitment Tracking Systems, job boards, Linked-in etc.
  • Desire to build a desk into a complete market sector.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
