MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER   (34727)

Responsibilities • Developing and executing an overarching marketing strategy for Middle East, Africa & CIS countries which encompasses Brand, Social, Digital Marketing, PR, and Communications with clear KPIs • Brand support - Effectively manage the design and production of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines • Event management - Organization, End-to-End Execution and Evaluation • Online Marketing: Website and Social Media Management – Content creation and coordination with the local agency, track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports on the digital advertising performance; community management, analysis • PR – Developing a yearly media plan for Middle East & Africa, writing articles for internal and external publications; Serving as a main POC for all media queries, building relationships with key local and regional press partners • Drafting presentations for internal/ external purposes for key stakeholders • Importer support – Liaison with importers with respect to marketing strategy, PR, online communication, online & offline advertising, corporate identity, events • Work with print and merchandising vendors to establish quotes & production schedules • Budgeting: Monitor and report marketing communication expenses and process invoices • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.

 

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in a marketing communications or related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing / communication role for a regional / global operating company • Demonstrated ability to strategize, execute and project-manage Sales & After-Sales campaigns across multiple channels • Strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts including performance marketing knowledge • Knowledgeable and proactive approach towards budget management and campaign optimization • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, automation and integration across Search, Social, Mobile and Video advertising platforms • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of analytics tools and accurate reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English is a must, further languages like German and Arabic are advantageous • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail with planning, organization and multi-tasking skills • A team player who can work independently under pressure
