One of our clients is looking for Factory Manager (Pharma/ Medical Equipment) in Dubai

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing – Management – Production Industry.
• Should have extensive manufacturing leadership experience within the pharma/ medical equipment/engineering sector.
• Direct and coordinate activities of Production-QA-RA-QC-Warehouse- Factory accounting activities- Administrative and Logistics.
• Manage relationships with business units and with external entities
• Implement lean six sigma practice to minimize the waste and improve the quality and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, workflow enhancement, and robust performance management
• Oversee and optimize all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met.
