Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the UAE.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and infrastructure lighting projects.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competition, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and potential projects through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors to position the company as a preferred supplier.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, contractors, and project consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Provide customized lighting solutions, addressing technical and commercial requirements.

3. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

4. Team Leadership & Sales Training
- Lead and motivate a sales team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.

- Support team members in client meetings and negotiations, providing guidance where necessary.

5. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.

- Provide insights for developing brochures, digital content, and technical presentations to enhance brand visibility.
- Work with the technical team to create case studies and success stories that highlight the company’s expertise.
6. Technical Sales & Solution Development
- Understand and communicate technical specifications of lighting solutions effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions based on project requirements.
- Ensure sales proposals align with industry standards, energy efficiency regulations, and UAE compliance laws.
- Address client concerns by providing technical support and post-sales service coordination.
7. Pricing & Commercial Negotiations
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and competitive quotations and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contract terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Manage discount structures and volume-based pricing strategies to maximize sales.
8. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain an accurate CRM database for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, including forecasts, revenue analysis, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding client needs and industry advancements.
