Role Purpose

Our UHNW client is seeking to hire a personal butler who will be responsible for managing personal and home affairs. A butler will be well-versed in etiquette and serving and have a thorough understanding of formal home care. In many cases, he or she may speak several languages. 


  • Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that all household supplies and provisions are stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for our VVIPs , and guests.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary.
  • Keep up to date on all premises policies on safety and hygiene.
  • Perform all day-to-day duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings.
  • Coordinate guest activities and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
  • Set up dining areas for meals, including formal table settings and food presentation.
  • Serve meals to residents and guests, adhering to proper etiquette and protocols.
  • Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services as requested by residents.
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions and amenities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling resident information and personal affairs.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the residents and their property.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
