Our client, a leading supplier of worldwide used luxury brand of Sanitary ware, Ceramic/porcelain tiles in UAE is looking to hire a Project Sales Executive (Outdoor) to maximize sales while providing honest, informative and friendly customer service.
An experienced candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Dubai market and a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing sales. Approaching and concentrating on various construction/contractual projects and sites. Specifying/re-specifying products with Real Estate Developers, Designers, Consultants and Contractors. The right candidate must have a strong level of professional assertiveness to build relations and close business deals.
·Establishing new business relationships.
·Work closely and develop long-term relationship with architects designers, consultants and contractors.
·Generate demands through site visits and specification with Real Estate Developers, architects, designers, consultants and engineers by introducing company products.
·Track project specifications through the tender processes to order execution.
·Identifies decision makers at the major accounts.
·Responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by developing new and growing existing clientele.
·Previous experience in structuring, product specifying and project management specifically in building materials such as ceramic & sanitary ware industry.
·Minimum 5 years of strong sales experience in the same field in Dubai, UAE.
·Ability to challenge existing ideas, overcome objectives, problem solving and develop solutions. ·
·Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a true hunter-mentality.
·Must be self-motivated, driven and a team player.
·Valid driving license.
Language: Fluent in English, and Arabic speaking would be a great advantage.
