Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients in need of company setup, payroll, and business consultancy services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs to refine service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights.
• Supporting marketing activities online/offline.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development and sales specially in business formation business in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of company setup procedures and business regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates with UAE Driving License is preferred.
