Nadia`s client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier of premium basalt fiber rebars in GCC & MENA regions requires a Sales Manager with 15 years of similar experience in Glass Fiber, Basalt Fiber, or Carbon Fiber Industry.

About the Position

We are seeking a competent Sales and Marketing Manager with proven experience in the field of GFRP Composites or BFRP composites.

Skill Set & Experience:

  • Experience in building a team from scratch.
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic language is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of similar experience in Glass Fiber, Basalt Fiber, or Carbon Fiber Industry is a must.
  • A knowledge of the Middle East market will be an advantage.

Qualification:

Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputed University.

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you would undertake:

  • Development of marketing and sales strategy for basalt fiber and basalt rebar via market research to understand the trends and customer preferences in each market territory to achieve business growth and to increase the business’s sales.
  • Initiate product segmentation exercise based on market demand & advising manufacturing team about the production of various sizes of rebars based on market scouting.
  • Embark on technical communication & Technical support with potential customers to design structure elements.
  • Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need.
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, and implementation of the marketing promotions, and campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans and identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels such as conferences and exhibitions that the business might leverage.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and customers.
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Coordinating with manufacturing, logistics and other departments to guarantee smooth and in-time delivery of products.
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally through SAP system
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules within the policy of the company
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding basalt fiber and basalt rebar products.
  • Provide after sales support including visiting customer sites to advise if required.
  • In coordination with the Finance Department preparing sales and marketing budgets and projections and approving expenditures according to the company policies and procedures.
  • In cooperation with HR, planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives through the market.
  • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
