Our client, general and specialised maintenance services for Oil & Gas and industrial services seek to hire a Regional Human Resource Consultant for Abu Dhabi location. Potential incumbent shall fulfil the below criteria to be eligible for the role provided below.



The Regional Senior Human Resources Consultant is responsible for providing strong comprehensive administrative support to the business across all aspects of HR and building employee relations with the Middle Eastern business.


Major responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative tasks required for all on-boarding, probations, and employee terminations
  • Drafting employment agreements and letters
  • Provide timely and proactive advice on employee relations matters to employees and managers.
  • Keep the line of communication open between HR line managers
  • Complete end-to-end recruitment process to meet current staffing needs
  • Support managers to execute the recruitment process end to end by effectively utilising the existing process, systems and tools
  • Monthly HR reporting
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews
  • Performance Management - formal warnings and disciplinary action
  • Update and maintain current employee information as required
  • Create employee online file and maintain
  • Comply with all rules, instructions and prescribed policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects or initiatives
  • Manage Localization requirement
  • Translation of documents VISAS and CICPAS.
  • Facilitate lodgment of documents with Labor Department and Immigration once approved.
  • Tracking of visa progress
  • Renewal process for all residency visas
  • Cancellation of visas with labor department
  • Manage visa stamp/sticker process for all employees
  • Manage Immigration and labor system database:
  • visa insurance
  • cancellations
  • Renewals
  • Tracking expiry dates
  • Processing applications 
  • Manage payment process for all visas & CICPA passes.


Formal Qualifications:

  • Studying towards or relevant tertiary qualifications in HR



  • Interpretive negotiating and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel &PowerPoint
  • High level written & communication skills
  • Attention to detail


  • A minimum of 7 years of industry experience is desirable
  • Experience similar role desirable
