A leading Rent a Car company requires an Operations Manager with minimum 05 years Managerial experience in Transportation Industry.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management of bussing contracts, limousine, car rental and chauffeur services.
  • Ensuring service levels are adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide logistical solutions to all project-based services such as short-term transportation services for events and corporate entities.
  • Customer Service: Work with the team to ensure that one continuously always exceeds customer expectations. Liaise directly with the call center team and BDMs to establish business opportunities with new or existing customers.
  • Staff training and development: Train, mentor and develop skills with team members. Set KPl'S for the team in line with the business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results.
  • Demonstrate business practices that are in line with company standards; Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and provide solutions; and communicate on operational areas supporting all promotional activates targeted to improve inbound sales.
  • Present critical data relevant to Bussing, Limousine, Chauffeur, Car rental & Event Management operations, sales opportunities, and performance to the Group General manager & Managing Director on a regular basis; and will also liaise with Sales & marketing team on a regular basis.
  • Interact with corporate sales & Marketing team in establishing support and customer care to individual accounts.
  • Support all marketing initiatives that are targeted to improve sales opportunities
