Our Client, a leading FMCG company is looking for an HR Manager with minimum 5 years of experience at both strategic & operational levels of human resource.
Develop and administer various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all Company personnel.
Develop organizational structure and make sure it's been regularly updated to reflect any changes from time to time.
Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department, Participates in developing department goals, objectives, systems, and budgeting.
Develop the job descriptions and ensure they align with each other.
Conducts recruitment effort for all workers, posts advertisements, work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates, conducts references, checks, extends job offers, conducts new-employee orientations, and employee relations counselling.
Monitor the performance of front-line staff and ensure that the objectives and targets on track, and develop and oversee all employee reward and recognition programs.
Develop and track key performance Indicators KPIs for HR such as recruiting processes, employee engagement, turnover rates, training costs, to achieve company goals and objectives.
Conduct employee exit interviews and getting feedback from staff who are about to leave the company.
Run payroll operations, workers' compensation and WPS payments following policies and procedures.
Handle company-wide medical insurance including renewal, addition, and deletion as well as day to day operations interaction with the insurance company.
BA in Business Administration or any related field, master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 5 years working experience at both strategic and operational levels of human resources
