HR MANAGER   (31481)

Our Client, a leading FMCG company is looking for an HR Manager with minimum 5 years of experience at both strategic & operational levels of human resource. 



  •  Develop and administer various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all Company personnel.  
  •  Develop organizational structure and make sure it's been regularly updated to reflect any changes from time to time.  
  • Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department, Participates in developing department goals, objectives, systems, and budgeting.  
  • Develop the job descriptions and ensure they align with each other. 
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all workers, posts advertisements, work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates, conducts references, checks, extends job offers, conducts new-employee orientations, and employee relations counselling 
  •  Monitor the performance of front-line staff and ensure that the objectives and targets on track, and develop and oversee all employee reward and recognition programs.  
  •  Develop and track key performance Indicators KPIs for HR such as recruiting processes, employee engagement, turnover rates, training costs, to achieve company goals and objectives. 
  •  Conduct employee exit interviews and getting feedback from staff who are about to leave the company.  
  • Run payroll operations, workers' compensation and WPS payments following policies and procedures.  
  •  Handle company-wide medical insurance including renewal, addition, and deletion as well as day to day operations interaction with the insurance company.  


  • BA in Business Administration or any related field, master’s degree is preferred 
  •  Minimum of 5 years working experience at both strategic and operational levels of human resources 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
