1. Education in Civil Engineering and Architecture.

2. Holder of Engineer Card/License with G+unlimited certifi cation in Dubai.

3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai, including at least 7 years as Construction Director or Chief Project Engineer.

4. Minimum 5 years of experience in a real estate development company.

5. Successfully completed projects under G+unlimited license within a development company.

6. At least 3 years of experience in a construction contracting company.

7. Completed no less than 2 projects in Dubai under a general contracting company holding G+unlimited license.

8. Experience working with authorities such as Nakheel, Trakheesi, DDA, DLD, and other regulatory bodies. 9. In-depth knowledge of Dubai Building Code and related regulatory standards.

10. Experience managing and supervising subcontractors.

11. Experience working with suppliers across all trades, both within the UAE and through imports.
