This will be an exciting opportunity to develop and grow with a top tier firm. Sales Director will primarily be involved in all the business development initiatives to grow the business.

Reporting to CEO.


Duties and responsibilities include:

·               To build out a pipeline and ultimately increase an investor base that have the capacity to allocate the investments

·               To manage the existing investor relationships and update them with a technical understanding of the portfolio and   performance

·               Organise and conduct client meetings, presentations and workshops and understand key requirements through   consultative sales analysis, convert needs analysis into full technical / software demonstrations (AI) through   technical team

·               Communicate deal information to management, accurately forecast pipeline, manage revenue recognition issues   and deal closure.

·               Own and drive business development activities.

·               Partner up with the marketing team to develop plans for brand awareness and consistent lead generation.

·               To advise on the creation of technical marketing materials to share with the investor network

·               Create, adapt and execute growth strategies to achieve key business objectives   

·               Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.

·               To attend virtual, and in-person meetings with key prospective and existing investors, and to update them on the firm's performance and wider portfolio.



·               Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development role from an investment management industry,

·               Must have extensive experience liaising with Middle East / global investor base and high net worth investors

·               Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members   and investors

·               University degree educated. Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and good  organizational skills.
