The MEP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems throughout all stages of high-rise building construction, with a particular focus on urgent and fast-track projects. This role ensures that all MEP works are carried out in strict compliance with design specifications, project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP systems design and installation between contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure seamless integration of MEP services with architectural and structural elements.

• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and resolve technical or logistical challenges.

• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety codes, design intent, and quality standards.

• Prepare reports and documentation to support project tracking and decision-making.
