Our client, a leading manufacturing company in household products is looking to hire a Brand Manager for their Dubai division.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s Marketing and Trade Marketing strategy in relevant markets.
Establish & deliver marketing plans across designated region.
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to support formation of marketing strategy.
Build, own and deliver an annual marketing plan for each region, helping to support the overall objectives for owned territory.
Build a promotional plan for the assigned markets consisting of product promotions, and new launches, Gatekeeper of the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and forecast of spend.
Oversee delivery of marketing plan across multiple channels, including Retail/Trade POS, Events, Social Media, Influencers, Paid Digital and CRM.
Brief in all creative assets and copy needed for campaigns to the design team in timely manner.
Ensuring all marketing plans are delivered effectively, efficiently and within budget reporting on ROI where applicable.
Build and develop reporting on performance across channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a Marketing or Trade Marketing Role, ideally within FMCG or Retail.
Experience working across multiple marketing channels, both planning and tactical delivery.
Clear understanding of measuring performance and strong analytical skills.
A knowledge and passion for the brand and industry is desirable.
Excellent self-motivating and interpersonal skills – a real team player Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills, proficient in MS Office & MS Excel
