Source and manage suppliers for fresh produce, packaged goods, and general merchandise, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines.
Lead contract negotiations, supplier evaluations, and ongoing performance reviews.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., merchandising, warehouse, logistics) to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
Monitor KPIs to assess vendor performance and procurement efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sustainability goals, and industry regulations.
Manage and mentor a procurement team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
Implement procurement best practices, digital tools, and process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of procurement experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Fresh Market, or Hypermarket environments.
3+ years in a team management or supervisory role.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
