Our client, a well-known brand for air conditioning products is seeking to hire a sales Admin to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors and coordinating everyday interactions.
  • Under close supervision, provide quotes for clients.
  • Administer aspects of the purchase order process.
  • Administer general sales related documentation through receiving, labelling, sorting, filing and distributing as is required.
  • Capture data and maintain systems as is required by sales team.
  • Provide routine administrative support to the sales force.
  • Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.

Job Requirements Experience & Knowledge

  • Graduate with any Diploma Course, preferably with HVAC Mechanical or Electrical background
  • 2-5 years’ experience in relevant work experience in aftermarket sales, field sales, service support, customer service, or parts management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Excellent customer relation, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills are essential.
  • Must have high energy, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Must have attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.


  • Excellent Call Management Skills
  • Excellent in Time Management
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Good attitude and understanding on Customer Service and Satisfaction


  • Previous experience with Call Center Management
