About the Company - Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exhibition stand or interior fit-out industries and will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B (Business to Business) and B2G (Business to Government) channels.

About the Role - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the exhibition stand and interior fit-out sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

 

Responsibilities

 Qualifications –

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the exhibition stand or interior fit-out industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of B2B and B2G sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
