Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to drive sales and business development across Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and distributors to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets, particularly in the construction and plumbing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals across KSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Business Development Director and Managing Director.
- Represent at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in building materials or plumbing.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel and work within a global team.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
