Our client dealing in safety equipment is seeking a sales executive to join their team in Dubai. Ideal who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction


  • Promote new products and services to clients in oil & gas, industrial sectors.
  • Identifying market opportunities, devising effective sales strategies PPE products, and adapting approaches to meet evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, resulting in a strong pipeline and increased sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on proper use and maintenance of PPE products.


  • Physically fit and able to demonstrate proper use of PPE products.
  • Experienced Sales Professional: Seasoned in sales with over 3 years of experience in UAE, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in PPE / hardware & tools industries.  
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of PPE or building materials products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PPE products and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of PPE standards and safety requirements
