Our client well known, well established, leading plastic manufacturer in the Middle East and Europe and headquartered in UAE is seeking to hire a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for the Dubai location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The KAM will be in charge of coordinating, developing, and implementing the Modern Trade and Retail channel's business plan in order to meet budgeted contributions and increase market share. To promote growth, establish and maintain client connections, manage key accounts, host and execute events, and proactively seek new possibilities to expand the existing business.
Build excellent business relationships with key customers to drive and manage the Modern Trade team's sales targets within budgeted cost limitations across the allocated territory.
Lead the successful negotiation of key account contracts to maximize revenue, margin, and market share
Conduct quarterly reviews for all key accounts, communicating market trends and identifying new business opportunities
Manage and track employee performance and sales across all branches
Total 10 years of experience out of which mandatory 5 years of Key Account Management experience is desired
Bachelor’s or Master's degree
Strong commercial acumen
Analytical thinking and a track record of converting this into planning
