Our client providing professional programs, is seeking to hire a Sales Director for their B2B segment who will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet their company’s objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and foster lasting relationships with key stakeholders across targeted industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance market share within the B2B sector.
- Account Management: Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and prospects in alignment with the company's targeted industries and geographical focus.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, training directors, and C-level executives, to understand and address their training needs with tailored solutions.
- Leadership: Lead the sales team to effectively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:
