Our client, a reputed entity seeks to hire an HR Director - UAEN with over 10 year's experience in human resources management. Successful incumbents must fulfil the below requisites and specifications to be eligible for the role.

UAE Nationals. Applicants must have served the national service(if Male candidates)
Candidates with Family book
Prior work experience in aviation industry or any airports
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or equivalent or CIPD certified
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR/Management positions
Strong knowledge of change management and the ability to facilitate the implementation of change by successfully engaging with senior-level stakeholders and Executive Committee.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader, who can develop and mentor the team and inspire them to greater heights along the journey, as well as retaining a sharp focus on Employee KPIs. This individual will be able to empower his HR & Administration team to achieve the goals set by the Top Management.
Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Developing Standards and Performance appraisal savvy.
Key Results Area's
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, Salary Grading Scale, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, Management Information Systems (MIS), safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with Executive Committee objectives.
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting the Direct and Indirect Manpower, and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing KPIs results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Supports management (Executive Committee) by providing human resources advice, counsel; analyzing information and participate in decisions.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Complies with MOHRE legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management (Executive Committee) on needed actions.
To ensure that all HR & Administration works are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and functional policies and procedures.
