NADIA’s client, one of the leading tobacco manufacturing companies is looking to hire an Export Sales Manager to be based in their Ras Al Khaimah plant and handle export market.
Job purpose:
Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short & long - term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
Sales Manager-Export will be solely responsible to develop wholesale/retail distribution networks internationally specially in CIS, Middle east and South American Countries.
He will be responsible to bring and increase cigarette sales volume and Share of Market targets in respective region/countries and achieve monthly targets set by the company management.
Leverage understanding of customers (retail and wholesale) consumers to make business decision.
Must have local markets presence in different regions/countries to develop key retail channels by developing relationship with business partners.
Assist company to secure third party contracts for cigarettes manufacturing of other brands/companies.
Job Requirements:
1. Education:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing.
2. Experience:
Must have 10 years of latest relevant experience in Tobacco Industry inside UAE.
Must have experience in launching new cigarette brands in different regions/ countries.
Must have strong experience in creating distribution network in different regions/ countries.
Experience in contract manufacturing sales would be an added advantage.
3. Skills required:
Highly effective time management, and oral-written-listening communication skills.
Conflict management, decision-making ability, and problem solving for mutually beneficial results.
Effective influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
Strategic and financial acumen to enable the identification, evaluation, and action against business growth opportunities.
