OPERATIONS DIRECTOR   (31441)

A leading boutique real estate development firm specializing in luxury residential developments in Dubai's most desirable neighbourhoods is looking for an “Operations Director”.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversees & supports company operations by implementing, overseeing, and maintaining office systems and supervising staff. This is a senior role and Operations Director’s job is to make sure the organization is running as smoothly as possible and provide the efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

 

  • Leading the Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations Departments.
  • Reviewing future development projects and planning for sales launches, followed by overseeing Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure high levels of service for each project.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; implementing & overseeing IT systems and CRM systems, designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by reviewing CRM, Accounting Systems & Procedures, implementing, deploying or upgrading systems to increase efficiency & service levels.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Legal Experience – coordinating with the company’s legal advisors and implementing key advise

 

Skills:

  • Supervision, High Level of Knowledge of CRM, Accounting, and IT Systems, Tracking Budgets, Project Management, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting Skills

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Operations or Project Management degree is preferred)
  • Premium Real Estate Operations experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of Operations or Project Management experience
  • Excellent Leadership qualities and communication skills
  • Outstanding problem sovling skills
