We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong English and Arabic communication skills, a solid background in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry and a flair for creativity. This role would be ideally for someone who can contribute to innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, knowledge on external agencies activity, and customer insights for campaign development
• Support in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social media content)
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar
• Coordinate marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities
• Monitor google profiles and website
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms
• Work closely with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (Proof read and write English and Arabic)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content development skills
• Experience managing or coordinating with creative and media agencies
