Our client, a leading Logistic service provider is looking for an Oracle FCCS System Administrator for their Dubai office.
This position will be responsible for on-going health of Financials Consolidation and Close Cloud Services (FCCS).Will work closely with Controllership team to ensure the accuracy of reporting at the management, shareholders and executive level.
Maintaining and administering Oracle FCCS Cloud environment, function as the central point of contact for all issues related to FCCS
Drive consolidation processes in FCCS and reporting, especially Oracle EBS upload, Translation rule, Intercompany processes.
Monthly data submissions of HFM to Agility, alignment of Group Reporting and validation
Ensure compliance and alignment of intercompany reporting policies
Consolidating and analyzing financial performance data to ensure integrity for reporting and planning activities
System administrator for general ledger systems (Chart of accounts maintenance, validate GL combinations, etc.). Maintain mapping and submissions from multiple general ledgers to FCCS
Drive pre-month end close maintenance and update of FCCS system, including metadata, Financial Reports, logic update and communicate to Finance stakeholders
Lead automation projects such as supplemental data collection automation in FCCS, manual journal entries automation
Ensure business-as-usual operation of the production environment including escalation of issues to IT teams, Oracle Support and/or opening SR’s when needed
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps for the FCCS applications
Mitigate risk, advocate for application best practices, host user training and assist users
Participate in annual audit to provide data and reconciliations from our financial systems Maintain proper system documentation and controls on system changes, system functionality, procedures, and data validations in support of financial data integrity and annual financial audit.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance/Accounting or related field
Minimum years of experience required – 5-7 years
Professional administration experience with FCCS
Consulting experience or minimum (2) implementations of FCCS
Experience with financial close / consolidations/ planning-forecasting business process
Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Smart View
