Responsibilities:
· Coordinating with the UAE Labour & Immigration team on all visa processing matters. (Dubai / Jafza)
· Supporting the Government Relations Officers as required.
· Checking supporting documents related to UAE immigration.
· Building and maintaining a network of contacts to support your daily tasks
· Supporting employees with any immigration requests and requirements
· Supporting the company & employees with Arabic Documents and translations
· Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.
· Matters related to Dubai chamber of commerce
· Documents for legalization for operations
· Visa processing for travelling for employees to various countries (UK/Europe etc)
· Vehicle licensing / renewals / addition / sale of vehicles registration etc
· Renewing Trade License of all companies under the group- UAE mainland / JAFZA
· Other duties as requested from time to time.
Requirements
· Educated to Graduation level.
· 5+ years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs.
· Good knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration rules.
· Good communication skills.
· Good command of English and Arabic, both oral and written.
· Excellent problem solving and quality control skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Proactive and responsible.
· Computer skills (Microsoft office & Excel).
