Your clients will include major conglomerates across industries such as: • Automotive Manufacturing • Industrial & Component Manufacturing • Insurance, Real Estate, and Retail Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales approaches. • Lead contract negotiations and manage partnerships with local alliances. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications • Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. • Experience: 10+ years in sales management, preferably in B2B environments. • Skills: o Proven leadership in guiding high-performing teams. o Strong negotiation and client management abilities. o Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). o Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and services. • Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-driven, and adaptable to market dynamics.
