Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive IT support, encompassing ticketing, registration processes, and system-related partner onboarding.
• Serve as the primary IT helpdesk, delivering user support. • Manage demand and requirements effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for all aspects of the partner system landscape, working in close collaboration with system owners, Area Sales Managers, and HQ IT.
• Support Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) initiatives based on LeanIX.
• Facilitate the IT setup for new partners.
• Coordinate all IT topics of Sales offices in Australia, Mexico, Chile, and future locations.
• Ensure seamless business operations for sales colleagues in sales offices.
• Provide strategic IT input for global partner management projects.
• Lead and contribute to global projects within the Retail IT organization.
• Foster collaboration with IT managers worldwide, the HQ network department, and Area Sales Managers. • Engage in international collaboration with other Group entities on IT topics and partner integration. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a global IT team.
• Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in IT applications such as ERP and DMS; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong background in IT project management and ITIL.
• Expertise in IT security.
• Proactive approach to driving digitalization.
• Passion for new technologies and IT innovations.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
