Our client, a reputed business setup company based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. Candidates having strong experience in B2B, E-commerce,banking, insurance or professional services industry will be highly preferred.
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating 
contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the management
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and 
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Qualifications Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience .
• An experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Exceptionally self-motivated & directed; resourceful; creative & innovative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express 
technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Prospecting skills
• Sales planning
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
