Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Sales Director with proven experience in the video commercials, branded content, and film production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across advertising agencies, brands, studios, and media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Identify and pursue new market segments, client verticals, and strategic partnerships.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, and marketing) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
· Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across agencies, brands, and entertainment clients.
· Lead the pitch process, respond to RFPs, and develop compelling proposals in collaboration with creative and production teams.
· Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CMOs, Creative Directors, Producers).
· Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
· Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with both new and existing clients.
· Provide actionable insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to help shape service offerings.
· Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
· Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in sales or business development within media, advertising, or film/video production.
· A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets in a creative or production-driven environment.
· Strong industry network across advertising agencies, brands, and content platforms.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
· Solid understanding of production workflows, timelines, and budgeting for commercials, branded content, and films.
· Experience working within a creative agency or production house is preferred.
· Familiarity with regional or global advertising markets.
· Passion for storytelling, media innovation, and the visual arts.
