Job Description: Our client is a tobacco manufacturer and is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and target potential clients within the tobacco industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role within the similar industry will be highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
