Job Summary:

One of our clients is looking for Personal Butler in Abu Dhabi. Role Purpose Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, organizational and management skills, and an ability to multitask and a proactive approach to meeting the diverse needs of the VVIPs, residents and guests., , in addition to some that are unique to the role of the butler, such as discretion, meticulous attention to detail. A butler will be well-versed in etiquette and serving and have a thorough understanding of formal home care. In many cases, he or she may speak several languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks.
    ·         Ensure that all household supplies and provisions are stocked and replenished as needed.
    ·         formal table service and service of drinks.
    ·         Valeting, including clothing and shoe care.
    ·         Flower arranging and table decorations.
    ·         Serve meals .
    ·         Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for our VVIPs , and guests .
    ·         Ensure rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary.
    ·         arrange amenities for our VVIPs , and guests.
    ·         Always remain well-groomed.
    ·         Keep up to date on all premises policies on safety and hygiene.
    ·         Perform all day-to-day duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
    ·         Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings.
    ·         Coordinate guest activities and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
    ·         Set up dining areas for meals, including formal table settings and food presentation.
    ·         Serve meals to residents and guests, adhering to proper etiquette and protocols.
    ·         Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services as requested by residents.
    ·         Provide information and recommendations about local attractions and amenities.
    ·         Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling resident information and personal affairs.
    ·         Ensure the safety and security of the residents and their property.
Requirements:
