Job Summary:
Our Client is looking for Sales Engineers with strong experience in LV Switchgear, LV Panels, and MCCs to drive sales across the UAE market. The role involves working closely with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and end users to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell LV Switchgear, LV Panels, and MCCs across assigned territories.
- Develop and manage relationships with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, utilities, and commercial sectors.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Track project pipelines, tenders, and approvals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 5–7 years of experience in sales of LV Switchgear / LV Panels / MCCs in the UAE.
- Proven experience working with EPC and MEP contractors in the UAE.
- Strong network with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Good understanding of UAE construction and project market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
