Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and relationship management. You will research potential clients, initiate contact, and maintain consistent communication to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified buyer and seller leads across various sectors using internal tools, LinkedIn, business directories, and other channels.
- Conduct tailored cold and warm outreach via emails, messages, and calls. Follow up with interested leads to maximize engagement.
- Schedule and conduct onboarding calls with prospective clients, explain service offerings, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Attend in-person or virtual meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups. Keep the sales pipeline updated and ensure timely action. Prepare lead summaries, onboarding notes, and pipeline reports.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client onboarding, or B2B outreach.
- Proven track record of achieving lead or sales targets.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic beneficial).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
