Job Summary:
The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity, marketing campaigns and communication strategies through visual assets across all channels. The role involves working closely with the team to produce materials that engage target customers and enhance the company’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and advertisements
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Work with the team to understand project requirements and deliver effective visuals
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
- Prepare digital and print-ready artwork with high quality and accuracy
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist with multimedia content production, including videos, animations, and interactive graphics (if needed)
- Support social media campaigns with creative visuals.Manage and keep design files and assets organized
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Experience as a marketing or graphic designer, preferably in corporate or agency settings
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media design is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
