Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated UAE National to join our team as a Junior IT Informatics . This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in healthcare IT, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical information systems. The position offers hands-on experience through a structured internship or graduate development program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, support, and optimization of EHR/EMR systems
- Support clinical workflows by documenting requirements and system issues
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with basic clinical data analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Provide first-line support to clinical system users
- Support preparation of training materials, SOPs, and user guides
- Learn and support healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations
- Participate in structured training and rotation programs (Oracle Health / Cerner)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Informatics,Health Information Management,Health IT,Biomedical Engineering,Computer Science (Healthcare focus preferred),Nursing
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or hospital training accepted)
